Well, it's incredible how easy one slips back into the mundane that is life. I guess my life is almost routine because I don't need to think to get up and go to work and do my job everyday. It wasn't hard to go back to work after my lovely holiday in Japan but I do think I need more holidays!
I bought a tonne of anime-related stuff and one day I'll go back to buy more and see more of that country. Thank you to![[profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/silk/identity/user.png)

Thanks tokaaatie, I also have a dreamwidth account, though I haven't done anything with it. I'm kinda happy here and unless everyone ups and leaves and I'm the only one left (and I mean communities too!). But right now, I'm happy here. And I'm just too lazy to set up shop and figure out how to change a layout etc.
Like everyone else, I too have now seen the latest Star Trek movie. I loved it! To be honest, I wanted to see it this weekend because I wasn't going to take the risk that someone wasn't going to spoil me because I've noticed many comments outside LJ-cuts and I know some people don't really see the point of hiding things...
Did anyone else find that the (very hot and cute) Kiwi actor who played Bones talked like Deforrest Kelly, or like Bones? Or are my ears deceiving me? I was not the biggest fan of the original - I apprently watched all of it as a very young kid (according to my mother) but I only read the novels mostly and sparingly watched some of the eps. But I've seen all the movies and I remember the way Bones talked so I thought that Karl Urban had his accent!
I always did love Spock and I loved Bones... I can't say more other than the fact that I loved the cast, the storyline, the plot and just everything! I'll pay to rewatch this...! And Chris Pine made me love Kirk! Haha, the show was a right blend of drama and humour and I loved Abrams' Vulcans. Really love Zach Quinto as Spock and loved seeing Leonard Nimoy.
I didn't recognise Winona, Eric Bana or Simon Pegg till I saw their names in credits... and someone said that you could blink and missed that dude from SGA... which I did!!!
I hope there are more movies!!!
I've made two new headers - one SPN con footagey type and another from the anime Hetalia Axis Powers. I think I miss making stuff and I haven't done anything in ages.
For those interested in Cherry Blossoms, here is a pic of some. This is at Koen-kami Station, in Hakone (more specifically Gora). My hotel was 5 mins from the station.
